Pricing built around you
No fixed price list and no feature tiers: your price follows your business. A thirty-minute call is enough to scope your volume and send you a quote.

What drives your price
Your session volume
The number of visits monitored each month. It's the foundation of your price: the more sessions monitored, the more revenue protected.
The number of sites
One domain, several countries, several brands: every monitored site gets its own calibration and its own alert thresholds.
Your integration needs
In most cases, you add the tag and you're up and running. A specific environment, data exports or extra hands-on support are discussed case by case.
Why we commit for a full year
The first days are spent learning your site's normal behavior, then several weeks of real traffic let our models put a defensible euro figure on a leak. But your site doesn't behave the same during sales, back-to-school or Black Friday, and those are exactly the peaks where a leak costs the most. The subscription runs for 12 months, one full commercial year, so the calibration covers your busiest moments as well as the quiet quarters.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Korvus cost?
Your price is set with you, based on your monthly session volume, the number of sites to monitor and your integration needs. Plan a thirty-minute call to receive a quote. Every feature is included whatever the amount, with no paid add-ons and no extra modules to buy later.
How does Korvus count sessions?
A session is one visit in one browser tab, however many pages are viewed. The identifier is created when the tab opens, lives as long as that tab stays open, and disappears when it closes: it is never shared between tabs, never kept from one visit to the next, and nothing can link two sessions from the same visitor. Because the identifier does not persist, Korvus measurement qualifies for the consent exemption under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act: we don't need to keep anything about a visitor to count them. After thirty minutes without interaction, the snippet pauses collection and resumes on the next interaction, within the same session, so a page left open is never billed to you twice.
How do I install it?
A JavaScript tag added through Google Tag Manager, with no work from your developers. Allow ten minutes. The snippet loads after your page renders, never writes to the DOM and automatically detects your e-commerce platform: there is no site-by-site configuration. If you don't use GTM, it can also go straight into your HTML. The one exception to "never writes to the DOM": the optional video evidence module, which adds a script tag to load its code and a hidden iframe while recording.
How am I alerted?
By email and on Slack, as soon as a leak crosses the thresholds you set. The alert tells you what's leaking, what it costs in euros and what to do about it. You have no dashboard to check every morning: Korvus comes to you. During the first 7 days, Korvus learns your site's normal behavior and sends no alerts.
What data does Korvus collect?
Technical signals, never the content of your pages: errors, request statuses, button labels, displayed prices, friction points. No individual heatmaps, no user profiles, no fingerprinting, no cross-domain tracking, and nothing your visitors type is ever read. The core snippet sets no cookies and keeps running without consent, because technical audience measurement is exempt; it collects no mouse or click coordinates. Korvus doesn't record browsing continuously: when an incident is detected, and only if you've enabled the optional video evidence module, it can produce a video replay with text masked, viewable only from that incident's file. That module works differently: it records only with the visitor's consent, and the capture includes pointer positions and click coordinates, without which the video wouldn't prove anything. Everything is hosted in France with Scaleway, never transferred outside the European Union, and kept for thirteen months at most, in line with CNIL (French data protection authority) guidelines.
What happens if I exceed my session volume?
Korvus keeps monitoring without interruption. An email lets you know as you approach the threshold. We settle the difference together on the next invoice, with no service cut-off.
