Can't Mixpanel alert you when a metric drops?
Mixpanel lets you set alerts on metric thresholds (e.g. conversions < X). But those alerts don't detect technical causes (dead pixel, broken checkout) or put a euro figure on the impact, and they don't tell you what to fix. Mixpanel tells you "something changed". Korvus tells you "here's what's broken and what it's costing you".
Does Korvus replace Mixpanel?

Mixpanel's free tier is very generous. Why pay for Korvus?
Mixpanel's free tier (1M events/month) is excellent for behavioral analytics. But even Mixpanel's Enterprise tier doesn't monitor your conversion pixels or detect a zero checkout, and it won't wake you up when your ad budget is burning for nothing. The two tools do different jobs and work well together.
What about GDPR with Mixpanel?
Mixpanel offers EU data residency, but it remains a US company subject to the CLOUD Act. Korvus hosts all data in France (Scaleway, Paris) with zero transfers outside the EU.
