Frequently asked questions
Does Sentry detect dead pixels?
No. Sentry monitors JavaScript errors and server-side exceptions. A pixel that stops working raises no error: the event simply stops happening, so Sentry never sees it.
My dev team already uses Sentry. Why add Korvus?
Your dev team uses Sentry to fix bugs. But the bugs that cost the most money (dead pixel, zero checkout, out of stock + ads) are often invisible to Sentry because they aren't technical errors. Korvus detects them and puts a euro figure on the impact so the CMO can prioritize.
